THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
A myofascial-focused therapeutic massage targeting your specific needs. Helpful for any kind of orthopedic issue, stress, muscle soreness and dysfunction, or any time you just want to feel better in your body.
Therapeutic techniques such as Myofacial Release, neuromuscular (trigger point), and positional tissue release are intuitively blended so that you can move forward with ease in your favorite sport, activity, and in your everyday life.
CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
A deeply relaxing, profoundly transformative, and eloquently gentle technique. CranioSacral Therapy is used for a number of ailments including Migraines, TMJ, past traumas, learning delays, anxiety and depression, nervous disorders, behavioral issues, and of course; stress. When what you really want is to 'reboot' your entire system, this will deliver. CranioSacral Therapy focuses on the detection and release of fascial restrictions in the central nervous system, and the benefits are immense.
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Medicinal grade essential oils are featured in this most luxurious and truly transformational experience. Essences are used based upon your needs and layered on the body during the massage. Leave the studio in a bubble of serenity and tranquility. Between 150 and 200 drops of the highest quality, single-note essences are used. All of the benefits of a custom therapeutic massage plus exceptional healing benefits from essential oils. Essential Bodywork works exclusively with Wisdom of the Earth essences, because they are superb.
SOMATO-EMOTIONAL RELEASE
Your body has its own story to tell. In conjunction with CranioSacral Therapy, somatic dialoguing allows for deeper connection of body and mind, allowing for a more integrated self. Chronic pains and patterns shift quickly. SomatoEmotional Release and CranioSacral Therapy provide a gentle framework for working with the tissues of the body and the emotions simultaneously. This is recommended for any kind of trauma healing.

PRENATAL MASSAGE
Massage is wonderful to receive both before and after delivery. Special care and consideration is given for women during this most sacred time. Reduce stress, ease muscle pain, sleep better, and enjoy your pregnancy more! A body in transformation deserves extra attention.
REIKI
Utilizing the ever-abundant life force energy that is all around us, Reiki is a form of healing touch that originally comes from Japan. It is healing, relaxing, uplifting and safe for anyone to receive at any time. Reiki may be received in person as a gentle, non-intrusive treatment as well as through distance. Reiki appointments are available in the office and also through Zoom.
